Luca Carbone is a guest professor at the Hanover University of Music, Drama, and Media, and a fellow researcher at the Media Psychology Lab (KU Leuven) and at the Weatherhead Center (Harvard University). Luca's work lies at the intersection of media psychology and cultural sociology to study media effects on youth’s identities and mental health. His PhD dissertation particularly focused on music effects on adolescents’ success beliefs, while their postdoctoral research focused on media effects on young men's identities and mental health.
