Peer Communication in the Context of Road Safety (completed)
On behalf of the Federal Highway Research Institute bast, we are investigating the significance of social influences and, in particular, peers for motivational and lifestyle-related characteristics relevant to road safety and the driving behaviour of young drivers. To this end, data from a representative sample of 18- to 24-year-olds will be collected in a face-to-face survey in co-operation with the Allensbach Institute for Public Opinion Research. The findings will result in recommendations for the optimisation of strategic road safety communication for the young target group.
