In a research project with the lege artis agency from Münster, we want to investigate the role that relatives play in the strategic communication of somatic and psychiatric clinics. Among other things, we will be conducting interviews with those responsible for communication at the clinic. The aim is to develop an overview of communication services and forms for relatives in various clinical settings.
